The current track of Ayesha Singh-Neil Bhatt starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin revolves around Sai trying to keep Pakhi away from Virat as she knows Patralikha’s real intentions that she’s using pregnancy to stay close to Virat. The latest episode saw Sai lashing out at Virat as he is unable to find the goons who attacked her and the woman who mislead Geeta. The goons learns that Sai is wife of an IPS officer and they calls Pakhi threatening them that they will reveal her truth if they get caught. However, Pakhi assures goons that nothing will happen to them and she makes plan to distract Sai’s attention from goons.
The upcoming track has a lot of drama in store for the viewers as Siddharth Bodke aka Jagtap all set to return. Jagtap, who killed Samrat will be seen again in the show. Pakhi tries to keep Sai busy, so she visits her hospital with Bhavani for check up. Sai is figuring out why Pakhi is trying to be so nice with her. Pakhi answers that she’s the mother of the child and she doesn’t want to have any negative effects on the child that’s the reason she is trying to make things right with her.
Later, Pakhi gets big shock when the doctor reveals that she is not pregnant. Bhavani asks about Pakhi’s health while Sai asks about her child. Before the doctor can reveal the truth a robber enters room and shoots the doctor. The doctor dies on spot without telling Sai that Pakhi is not pregnant.

Other hand, Virat is chasing robbers who have looted a bank and they are finding a place which is crowded and packed with people where they can keep people as hostages and can save themselves from police. So the robbers attack the same hospital where Sai, Pakhi and Bhavani went for check up. Virat reaches the hospital but the robbers have already taken people as hostages. In the same hospital, we have Jagtap, who killed Samrat (Virat’s Brother). The viewers will get to see Sai’s courageousness in the hospital & how she deals with the robbers and also with Jagtap.
