Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin starring Ayesha Singh–Neil Bhatt, receiving lot of backlash from viewers due to ongoing storyline. Many people finds the show cringe-worthy and keeps giving negative reviews on social media. From ruining the lead pair #SaiRat, to sidelining female lead and glorifying the vamp or wrongdoer by showing them as ideal person, fans displeased with makers on many things. The ongoing track revolves around Chavan family getting furious on learning that Sai is alive. They doesn’t want Sai to return in Chavan house and Virat’s life.
Bhavani, Ashwini and almost entire Chavan family is against Sai and blaming her for all the suffering that their family and Virat went through in these years. Other hand, Virat, who himself married Pakhi and moved on in life, is furious on Sai seeing her with Jagtap. He feels that Sai has forgiven Jagtap and moved on in life and have a daughter.

Meanwhile, Pakhi shown as an ideal daughter-in-law, wife and mother post leap, who has done so many crimes in past and is the main reason of Sai-Virat’s separation. Fans upset with the fact how makers showing Pakhi as ‘Mahaan’ and making Sai responsible for everything while Virat and Pakhi is the one who is responsible for all this. Virat is the one who bailed out Pakhi even after knowing her crimes and chose her over Sai and Vinu which made Sai leave the house.
Netizens disappointed with makers as they slams them for whitewashing Pakhi by making her “Mahaan” and destroying SaiRat’s pair by showing Virat-Pakhi’s brewing closeness.
