The current track of Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin revolves around Pakhi trying hard to become surrogate mother of Sai and Virat’s child. Sai is against Patralekha becoming the surrogate of her child as she’s suspicious about her intentions. However, Pakhi wants to get back to Virat’s life again and surrogacy is the only option that can keep her close to Virat. Patralekha now trying to manipulate Sai’s surrogate Geeta by influencing her to back out from bearing #SaiRat’s child.
The latest episode witnessed Bhavani telling Ashwini how Pakhi was a better option to bear Sai and Virat’s child. Meanwhile, Sai and Virat rejoices the moments thinking about becoming parents soon as the surrogacy process soon begin.
Other side, Pakhi tells her mother Vaishali that she will not let Sai-Virat’s dream come true as she will not let the surrogacy process successful. She expresses that only she will carry #SaiRat’s child in her womb that too at any cost. On hearing Pakhi’s real motive, Vaishali refuses to recognize her and says that she can’t be her daughter. But Pakhi tells her that everything is fair in love and war and nobody can stop her.
Pakhi even emotionally blackmails Vaishali to support her in her conspiracy. Just then Bhavani comes to apologize to Pakhi for not being able to convince Sai and Virat to choose her as surrogate. She tries to be nice and fakes her concern for Bhavani.

Next day, the entire family wishes good luck to Sai-Virat for surrogacy process as they goes to hospital. Bhavani to goes with them to meet the surrogate mother Geeta. At the same time, Pakhi leaves house saying she’s going to temple but she reaches at Geeta’s house disguised as a doctor’s assistant.
She asks Geeta to sign the consent form while Geeta looks at her suspiciously. Geeta takes Pakhi inside house and tells her that Sai has not mentioned anything about these papers. Geeta’s husband also looks confused and asks about the same. The consent form had something that makes Yogesh angry and he tells Geeta to not bear Sai-Virat’s child. Pakhi gets happy as Geeta denies to become surrogate of Sai-Virat’s child. Other hand, Sai and Virat gets tensed as they waits for Geeta at the hospital.
