Ayesha Singh aka Sai reacts to her character’s ending
In a recent interaction with India Forums, Ayesha Singh who plays the role of Sai, opened up on her character coming to an end in Ghum Hai Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Ayesha quoted saying, “Well, when the first time I came to know, I had mixed emotions. In the past few episodes I was unable to understand how the track had been unfolding, because, Sai was taking decisions which were opposite to her character. Sai has been very wise and strong headed, she would never say a lot of things which were shown in the show.”
She added, “So, somewhere deep in my heart I thought it made sense for the character to end. Because, it is better for the character and the story to not lead anywhere instead of leading in the wrong direction. So I was happy that it was coming to a halt because a new story awaits. Obviously you feel bad after giving a show your all, I felt all the loose ends will come together, but again thats a different take all together. I was fine with it, I thought maybe this is how it was supposed to be. I thought it was better to take no calls instead of taking the wrong calls.”

As per reports, post leap the story of the show will revolve around grown up Vinayak and Savi. Few days ago, the channel has shared the new promo giving the glimpse of end of Sai-Virat’s love story with a tragic accident. In the promo, Sai and Virat completely in love with each other, leaves for airport to meet finally. However, Sai-Virat’s happiness doesn’t lasts long as their plane crashes. Reportedly, Sai-Virat’s love story comes to an end with this tragic accident and entire cast is shooting for these final shots.
GHKKPM produced by Cockcrow Entertainment and Shaika Films. Its a remake of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Kusum Dola. The show features actors like Aishwarya Sharma, Kishori Shahane, Vihaan Verma, Bharti Patil, Sheetal Maulik, Mitaali Nag. Yash Pandit, Siddharth Bodke among others.
