Aishwarya Sharma, who plays the role of Patralekha in Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, spoke about 5 year leap in the show. The Ayesha Singh-Neil Bhatt starrer has recently took a leap post which the story revolves around Sai living with her daughter while Virat living with his son and family in Chavan house. And now, Aishwarya spoke about her character Pakhi post leap and said that her role will be more positive in the show.
As per The Times Of India, Aishwarya said, “I’m really excited about it. First of all, I was playing the role of Paakhi in a very different way than I am now, and it’s a whole new experience. Now, I have to show her in a positive and more mature manner.”
When the show started Aishwarya was seen in a positive role. Later, her character Pakhi turned negative and she was seen creating rift between Sai and Virat. By taking the wrong path, Pakhi also become a surrogate mother of Sai-Virat’s child.
When Pakhi’s truth get exposed how she hired goons and manipulated Sai-Virat’s surrogate Geeta, she got arrested. Though Virat later take out her on bail after which Sai left the house. Later, Sai gave birth to a baby girl and started taking care of her as a single mother.

As per reports, after the five year leap Virat and Pakhi will be shown as married couple. Talking about upcoming track, Aishwarya said, “There are so many twists and turns coming up, and I’m waiting for my entry in the show. Also, I’m really excited to work with kids. Let’s see what happens next. It really feels like a totally new show.”
GHKKPM, produced by Cockcrow Entertainment and Shaika Films. The show written by Leena Gangopadhyay and directed by Jaydeep Sen, Ranjeet Gupta and Ashwini Saraswat. Its a remake of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Kusum Dola. The show features actors like Aishwarya Sharma, Yogendra Vikram Singh, Kishori Shahane. Adish Vaidya, Bharti Patil, Sheetal Maulik, Mitaali Nag, Yash Pandit among others.
