Dhruv Tara Episode starts with Samrat panicking in pain. Raj Vaidhya tries to console him. Samrat says he is having severe headache, his brain tumor is going to burst. He asks Raj Vaidhya to treat him. Raj Vaidhya says the medicine would work in this situation was only known by Dhruv.

Outside Tara room maids stops Samrat from meeting Tara as bride and groom can’t meet before wedding. Samrat ignores them and enters in Tara room. Maids also came in room after Samrat. Tara questions his arrival. Samrat asks Tara to treat him as he is having severe headache and asks her to treat him.
Tara says if it’s really about health then she won’t deny and asks him to tell his problem. Samrat notices maids and asks Tara to come in private. Tara refuses. But Samrat requests her saying I’m in so much pain please save me. I don’t want to die. Tara agrees. They came in private.

Other side, Maharaj was worried. He says Samrat has crossed all limits of being irresponsible. As he always went from between in wedding rituals, whether it’s haldi, mehndi or now Wedding. Samrat requests Tara to save him as he don’t wanna die. Tara acts to being confused.
Outside, other too got to listened their conversation through speaker so Maharaj and others went in their search. Samrat reveals that he has brain tumor and asks her to treat it. Tara says if it’s his another plan to trap her.
As in past too he trapped her in wrong accusations by saying that she has touched him during treatment. Maharaj gets shocked. Mahaveer remembers that how He, Dhruv and Tara planned together to trap Samrat.
They did mirror placement, put speakers and add special medicine to Samrat bathing water to give him pain. Samrat admits that he wrongly accused Tara to marry her. But currently he is actually in pain and don’t wanna die. Tara checks him and acts of getting shocked by his tumor.
She asks how it’s happened. Samrat says it’s because Mahaveer gave me wrong medicines to grow tumor in my brain. Tara gets angry on him for wrongly accusing Mahaveer and tells that there is no such medicines to grow tumor in brain. Samrat says such medicines are available. Tara says how he is so sure as if he has some personal experience with them.
Samrat confessed that he too gave wrong medicines to Mahaveer, so that he dies and he can become the next king. It’s his dream to become king and he can do anything to get the throne. Maharaj gets shocked.
He asks to arrest Raj Vaidhya Tara asks Samrat to tell whole truth. Samrat confessed all his crimes, and requests Tara to save him anyhow. He goes on his knees after Tara. Only then Dhruv comes as ghost to scare Samrat. Samrat gets scared and others gets shocked.
Precap – Samrat attacks on Dhruv, Tara and forcefully marry Tara. Maharaj stops him and punishes. Samrat says he would never forget his insult.
