Superstar Salman Khan‘s controversial reality show Bigg Boss is all set to come up with its season 15. Recently, 14th season of Bigg Boss got over and actress Rubina Dilaik has emerged out as the winner of this season. Since the BB14 got over, lot of speculation over contestants being finalised for Bigg Boss 15 have been going on.
Meanwhile, as per latest reports in the Times Of India, the makers of reality show has not yet started approaching contestants. The source close to channel has revealed to TOI, “We have not yet started approaching anyone for casting in the upcoming season of the show. Every year, the same rumour goes round about names being finalised. But the fact is we approach and cast people only in the last month, when the show is about to start.”
The source added, “While we are yet to plan our cast for the next season, right now we are locking the theme for the year, and discussions are going on over this subject.”
Reacting on the news about commoners once again being part of the show in upcoming season, the source revealed, “We think this year we will invite only five commoners that too, the entertaining, and influencing ones. And rest of the 10 we are planning from the celebrity couples, whether divorced and single now, or those who are dating, or the ones who just broke up. We are also trying for three very well known faces, right from Bollywood to TV industry. And about 2-3 such who are famous for some reason.”
The source further added that the channel is setting out to address some of complaints made by viewers. It says, “We will make sure to make the upcoming season a fresh one with no oldies, no second chances. The commoners will be elected on the votes given by audiences.”
