In the Latest promo of the show, shared by the makers, Asim informs Mahira that her ‘Ammi‘ (Mother) has come. Mahira‘s Mother looks happy and gives her a tight hug and asks Mahira to stay strong.
Her mother hugs everyone and tells Asim that he is her son and Mahira‘s brother and kisses him on the forehead. She kisses Rashami Desai and tells that she has watched all her serials and calls her Meri pyaari Tabbu she also hugs Siddharth. Then She goes to Paras Chhabra and sarcastically asks if she should hit him. She reminds him of his girlfriend Akanksha Puri and says that she is the sweetest girl while Mahira is there for him as a friend. She asks him to not kiss Mahira because she doesn’t like it.
Later, Mahira‘s mother also asks Paras Chhabra to let Mahira take a stand for herself in her fights, let her speak. And He should not always stand up for her because then everyone calls Mahira weak. Which hurts her as a mother. She also hugs and kisses Shehnaz Gill and asks her not to cry because children are their parent’s proud and suggests she shouldn’t fight with Mahira Sharma over Paras Chhabra. Later we will see mother daughter both have a separate conversation in bedroom area. Where She suggests Mahira to speak for herself whenever required. She also tells him that it irritates her when Paras keeps kissing her.
