Anupamaa Spoiler: In the previous episode, Shruti calls out to the nurse but she does not listen. She falls down the bed while trying to get water. Anupamaa helps her up. Anupamaa sees Aadya distressed. Aadhya gets a panic attack, and she blames her for hurting Shruti. Anupamaa calls Anuj, and she tells him that everything is fine. Yashdeep calls Anupama and asks her how everything is. Yashdeep says he wants to say something important. Anupamaa tells him she will meet him after Anuj returns home. Yashdeep wonders how he will confess to her.
Aadhya tells Anuj to send Anupamaa back. Anuj tells her that she did not do it purposely. Anuj gives Aadya the cookies made by Anupamaa. Anupamaa tells Anuj that she has to leave to meet Yashdeep. Anuj feels jealous. Yashdeep tells Anupamaa that all people are standing with her on social media. He tells her that she got a wild card entry into the Competition. He tells her that she can fulfill her dream again. Anupamaa gets excited and thinks that they will be able to reopen Spice and Chutney restaurant again.

In the upcoming episode, Anuj thinks that Anupamaa, too, loves Yashdeep. Anupamaa tells him that he has misunderstood and she is talking about superstar chefs where she has gotten a second chance through wild card entry. Anuj praises her. Anupamaa practices for the competition. Aadya eats the food made by Anupamaa and Anupamaa gets so happy. Anupamaa brings medicines to Shruti, and she congratulates her for the wild card entry.
Anuj tells Shruti to rest. Shruti requests Anuj to fix the date for their wedding. Anuj tells her not to stress, and they will talk about it once she recovers. Anupamaa struggles while learning the English names of the vegetables, and Auj helps her. Shruti hears them laughing together and throws the medicine box down and she grows insecure. Anupamaa cleans the broken bottles. Anupamaa tells the nurse not to leave Shruti alone. Baa scolds Vanraj and tells him not to support Ansh in his wrong deeds. Kavya tells Vnaraj to grow up.
Further in the episode, Shruti forces Vanraj to fix a date for their wedding as she grows insecure seeing Anuj and Aanupamaa together. Anupamaa tells Anuj that the Diary of Recipes given by Baa is her ray of hope. Aadya will hear this and tear apart her diary. Thus tearing them apart in hopes of winning the competition.
