Shoojit Sircar directorial Gulabo Sitabo starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana together for the first time gets a Digital release. Gulabo Sitabo was firstly set to release in April but couldn’t as the entire nation is lockdown due to COVID-19 outbreak.
Due to Coronavirus pandemic entire nation has been lockdown, Film and TV shoots are on halt, theaters has been shut down. Due to which, Film releases has been postponed.
The film industry is finding new ways to reopen amid this coronavirus pandemic. Now, Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana‘s Gulabo Sitabo, which was set to release in April and but it could not happened as nation-wide lockdown announced due to Coronavirus pandemic. So, now It will release on Amazon Prime on June 12.
Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana both shared posters of their film Gulabo Sitabo announcing it’s new release dates on their social media handle.
Taking to his Instagram account, Amitabh Bachchan shared a collage of four pictures featuring him in his character from film Gulabo Sitabo. Sharing the picture, Amit Ji wrote, “Joined Film Industry in 1969 .. now in 2020 it’s .. 51 years ..!! During this formidable period seen many changes and challenges .. NOW another challenge .. DIGITAL RELEASE of my film .. GULABO SITABO !! June 12 , only on Amazon Prime .. world wide .. 200 plus Country’s .. THAT IS AMAZING .. Honoured to be a part of yet another challenge !!.”
