Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai‘s latest episode saw Akshara (Pranali Rathod) asking Abhimanyu (Harshad Chopda) about his engagement ring, which he dropped at MRI room during test. Abhi, who’s hiding about his hand injury from Akshara, tells her that he might dropped the ring in OT. As Abhi leaves, a staff member comes and gives Abhimanyu’s ring to Akshara that he found in MRI room. Akshara wonders why Abhi hided about MRI test from her. Further, Aarohi sees child’s health deteriorating due to wrong injection that she gave him, while patient’s parents blames Abhi for being a careless doctor.
Abhimanyu tries to stabilise Vihan while his parent’s and relatives creates huge ruckus in the hospital as their child’s condition worsens. Anand, Dr Rohan, Neil and others tries to control the situation while Abhi tells child’s parents to let him go inside to treat Vihaan. Abhimanyu assures parents that he will not let happen anything to their child and goes inside OT to check Vihan. He asks staff to give patient’s file and call the nurse who gave the medicine to Vihan.
Meanwhile, Aarohi runs away realizing how big mistake she has committed. She fears that her career will get destroyed if Abhimanyu learns the truth. Aarohi then looks for nurse Meena, who knew her truth, and threatens the nurse to not reveal the truth that she gave wrong injection to child.

As nurse leaves, Aarohi sees that Akshara heard everything and gets scared. Akshara stands shocked as Abhimanyu being blamed for the mistake that Aarohi committed. She confront Aarohi that how can she risk someone’s life and instead of telling truth, she’s hiding it. Akshara vows to tell her truth to Abhimanyu but Aarohi tries to stoop her & emotionally blackmails her. Aarohi even says that her career will get destroyed and says Abhimanyu owns the hospital so he will get saved somehow. Hearing this, Akshara looks at Aarohi with disgust and says that she will tell the truth.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu goes to perform the surgery while the child’s health continue to worsen. Other hand, Aarohi begs in front of Akshu to not tell the truth while she shames her for not taking responsibility for her action.
Akshara REVEALS to Abhimanyu that Aarohi gave wrong medicine to the patient
The upcoming episode will witness Abhimanyu looking for the nurse Meena who was instructed to give injection to the patient. Abhi will learns that the nurse is not available at the hospital. Abhimanyu asks the reception to call sister Meena while Akshara comes there with Aarohi. Abhi sees Aarohi scared while Akshara reveals that Aarohi has given wrong medicine to the child. Aarohi stands in guilt while Abhimanyu looks at her angrily.
How will Abhimanyu save the patient? Will Abhi punish Aarohi for her severe mistake?
