Popular ITV actress Adaa Khan, who was seen in the first two seasons of the supernatural saga Naagin, recently attended an event which was hosted by her friend on completion of two years of his salon. At the event, Adaa Khan interacted with the media and spoke about Ekta Kapoor‘s fictional series Naagin 6 which stars Tejasswi Prakash.
Adaa spoke about the buzz around the show and also shared her excitement to see her friend Tejasswi as lead. The actress said, “When is it that Naagin is not talked about? It has been in the news ever since its first season and I am very very happy to see the buzz around Naagin 6 too.”
Talking about Tejasswi Prakash being a part of supernatural saga, Adaa Khan excitedly shared, “I am very very happy that Teja is playing ‘naagin.’ I am very proud of her Bigg Boss 15 win too. We’ve done Khatron Ke Khiladi 10 together and we’ve stayed friends ever since. It was the happiest moment for me when she won Bigg Boss 15.”
Few days back, Tejasswi revealed her character’s name in the show, which is ‘Pratha’. Tejasswi will be seen opposite her BB 15 co-contestant-actor Simba Nagpal in the show. Reportedly, the show will star actors like Mahekk Chahal, Amrapali Gupta, Urvashi Dholakia & Sudha Chandran in prominent roles. This season of Naagin, inspired by COVID-19 pandemic. The Naagin will take birth to save the country from the disease.
The shooting for the show currently going on in the film city and it will air from 12 February, on Colors TV.
