The latest episode of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai saw huge drama as Aarohi humiliated Akshara and blamed her destroying her career. She criticizes Akshara for not having any aim in life and says she never work hard to achieve something but still she got everything just by luck. Hearing all this, Akshara shatters while Aarohi grabs her hand and throws her out of her room. Other hand, Abhimanyu hides about his hand injury from Akshara.
Meanwhile, Kairav and others family sees Akshara sad standing outside Aarohi’s room and gets tensed while Akshara returns to Birla house. Manish worries about Aarohi and Akshara’s fight that has destroyed the peace of the house. Further, Manjari sees Akshu crying and consoles her.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu gets his MRI test report and worries that his injury will affect his career. Anand tells Abhi that he will arrange the best neurologist for his treatment. He asks Abhimanyu tell Akshara about his injury as she needs to know the truth.
Meanwhile, Akshara meet a man who suggests her to show case her singing talent and perform on stage. The stranger’s words remind Akshara of Aarohi’s hurtful words that she haven’t achieved anything in life. The stranger man tells Akshara to participate in the contest and gives her his card to send an audio clip for the audition.

Akshara decides to participate in the contest and thinks if she get panic attacks again Abhimanyu will handle her. She decides to tell Abhimanyu about contest while Abhi decides to tell her about his Injury. When Akshara reveals about participating in a contest, Abhimanyu hides about his injury as he doesn’t want her to sacrifice her dreams for him. Abhi celebrates and cuts cake as Akshara all set to participate in singing show.
During the celebration, Akshara will find Abhi behaving oddly and isolated and sees him popping some pills. Will Akshara get to know about his hand injury?
