Star Plus show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is riding high on success. The show features Ayesha Singh–Neil Bhatt in lead. The current track of the show revolves around Sai saving Pakhi’s life while Pakhi is still upset with the fact that Virat saved Sai and not her. She is acting indifferently with Virat and even refused to share room with him. Other hand, Sai is very cordial with Pakhi, Virat and the Chavan’s despite of their ill behavior with her. Sai is sympathetic towards Pakhi-Virat after the accident.
However, Sai is constantly thinking about the question which Pakhi asked her in the hospital that why she saved her life as she had a good chance to keep her away from her and Virat’s life. Pakhi is heartbroken because Virat chose Sai over her. Meanwhile, Sai is clear that she does not need Virat’s support in life and decides to tell Pakhi that she has nothing to do with her husband Virat. Sai calls Pakhi to tell her that Virat saved her life because he is a dedicated police officer and he would have saved anyone who was in trouble in her place as he always puts his duty first.

Nevertheless, Pakhi tells Sai that she hasn’t understood Virat at all if she thinks that Virat saved her out of Duty. Pakhi tells Sai that she is not a fool to live a life of lies as it clearly visible that Virat will choose Sai over her. The viewers of the show disappointed with the ongoing storyline which focusing on problems in Pakhi-Virat’s married life while Sai has become a side character who’s sympathetic towards Virat-Pakhi, who made her life hell.
According to fans, that was not the core character of Sai Joshi played by Ayesha Singh. Sai used to be fierce and strong. However, now Sai’s character is ruined and she is not the same Sai as she was before. Fans questions “Why Sai is compromising her self respect by being around Virat and Chavan family, who keeps blaming and insulting her?”. Fans also upset with makers for reducing the screen space of Sai Joshi aka Ayesha Singh and putting entire focus on Pakhi-Virat.
