The current track of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai revolves around Akshara saving Abhimanyu from accident by taking him to hospital on time while Kunal searches for the hospital where Akshu could have taken Abhi. The doctors asks Akshu to get medicines for Abhimanyu. As she moves out of the room, Kunal comes there and tries to stop Akshara from meeting Abhi. Other hand, Birla family reaches hospital to see Abhimanyu while Manjari gets emotional seeing Abhi’s condition.
Meanwhile, Akshu lashes out at Kunal and reminds him of how he tried to blackmail her a year ago to sign a contract of singing for Maya in return of Abhi’s surgery. Akshara argues with Kunal for trying to keep her away from Abhimanyu. She tells him that no matter how much he tries to keep her away from Abhi but fate will always bring Abhimanyu back to her.
At ICU, Manjari blames Akshara for Abhi’s condition because ever since she left him he have become like this a ‘crazy lover’. Mahima tells everyone that Abhi will not be able to bear Akshara coming back. While Manjari hatefully tells Mahima that if ever Akshara comes in front of Abhi then he will not even look towards her. Akshara overhears their conversation and gets shattered seeing Manjari and family’s hatred for her.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu regains consciousness and tries to understand the connection between the voice and Maya. He decides to go to Jaipur again to know the truth.

In the upcoming episode we will see Abhimanyu going back to Udaipur with his family while Akshu looks for him in the hospital. Dr Kunal looks happy thinking that Akshara will have no choice but to stay away from Abhi as he informs her that Abhi and family went back to Udaipur. But Akshara tells him that if Abhimanyu has gone to Udaipur then she too will go there.
Kunal tries to stop Akshara asking her to focus on the concert now. Akshara tells him that she will be back at the time of the concert. While Abhimanyu and family celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi at Birla house, Akshara reaches outside the house. Abhi senses Akshara’s presence around him.
