Star Plus’ longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been keeping the viewers hooked with its interesting twists and turns. The show stars Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in lead. The current track of the show revolves around Akshara trying her best to meet Dr Kunal Khera for the treatment of Abhimanyu as only he can cure Abhi’s nerve damage. As per reports actor Mrunal Jain is roped in to play the role of Dr Kunal.
Mrunal’s character Kunal will treat Abhimanyu’s hand injury. It is also speculated that he might fall in love with Akshu. In an interaction with ETimes TV, Mrunal spoke about his entry in YRKKH. He said, “It is a fantastic opportunity for me to be part of the longest running show. I have never played a doctor in my career and I’m already talking to my cousins who are doctors to understand the character.”
Now, as per India Forums reports, the makers is all set to go for an outdoor schedule out of Mumbai for the upcoming track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The sources revealed that the team will fly to Surat for shoot soon. The reports also stated that only Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod will shoot in Surat while there’s no clarity on other actors travelling to Surat. Mrunal’s character entry will apparently shot in Surat.

There is also a speculation that the makers might recreate a foreign location in Surat. Details regarding the same kept under the wraps. The team had recently travelled to Surat for recce and now the actors set to leave for the shoot.
YRKKH produced by Rajan Shahi under Director’s Kut Production. The show also features actors like Karishma Sawant, Mayank Arora, Sharan Anandani, Ami Trivedi, Ashish Nayyar, Paras Priyadarshan.
