Televisions’ one of the most loved jodi, Kartik and Naira/Sirat is finally bidding adieu to fans as Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi will not be seen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai anymore. It was already reported earlier that the duo will make an exit from the show in October and new faces will be introduced.
As per reports in SpotboyE, a source told the portal, “Shivangi and Mohsin will be making an exit from the show by October first week and new actors will join in. The makers have already done a lot of experiments with their characters and now, want to start a new storyline. Hence, the decision has been made.”
However, there was no confirmation about the same. But now the makers and the actors have been informed about the new development. And they will be shooting their last day by end of this month and new faces will take over the show going ahead.
In 2016, Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan has joined the show and gained immense popularity with their portrayal of Kartik-Naira. Their on-screen chemistry made them one of the most adored television couples. And now, their journey of five-and-a-half years has finally comes to an end. The show has witnessed many twists and turns and generations leap. The show was started in year2009 and it will continue to air with a new storyline.
